WHO we are
A Swiss association of innovative and open-minded women who are - or would like to become - independent and self-employed. We mutually support each other, clarify and advise. It's about real stories of how to build your business. The challenges you face when building a company as a woman. It is also about women who have children or are having children and still do not want to forego their careers. How do we bring everything under one roof, how do we create the balance between success, family life and self-fulfillment?
At Fenomenals we don't envy each other, we motivate, inspire and share our experiences. Every month we introduce a phenomenal woman and her idea. Together we design a hot dog recipe and speak openly and honestly about the woman's career and what her vision is. After twelve months, a cookbook is created that not only tells the recipes but also the story of the women. The proceeds of this book will go to an organisation that financially cares for young girls who have little or no opportunity for education.

PRESIDENT OF THE FENOMENALS' FOUNDATION
After successfully completing her apprenticeship at the bank, she decided to apply what she had learned. So she stayed at the bank for two years. She wanted to build a foundation in order to afford going out into the big wide world.
However, before making any travel plans, she decided to improve her English skills and therefore moved to London. She was really intrigued by the big city life. This finally has drawn her towards staying there a little longer and doing an internship in Sales & Marketing. After half a year, her desire to step out into the wide world was still there. Therefore, she took heart and travelled to the far SouthEast of Asia in order to help the less privileged by working as a volunteer and English teacher.
Today, she's a psychology student, daughter of the best parents, mentor, employee, volunteer and a loyal friend.
I always see potential in people. I see what they could achieve and make it my duty to find out how to support them in order for them to reach their goal. This is what I want to do on a broader spectrum. Help people to become their own best version. It might be very vague right now and hard to measure - but - YOU are my moon shot.
